The Grizzly Rose opened in 1989 and as we hit our 30th anniversary, we are still going strong. We are truly one of the last great honky tonks in the world. The Grizzly Rose is known worldwide for hosting some of the best country music in Denver and across the nation. With live country music 6 nights a week, we are the only place in Denver to get your country on almost every night!
Our 40,000 square feet of fun features a 2,500 square-foot floating hardwood dance floor, a 3,200 square foot private banquet facility, General Store filled with Grizzly Rose Merchandise, a Pool Room with 5 tables to challenge your buddies at a game or two of pool, and a Smoke Shop where you can sneak in with your cocktail for a quick cigarette. If all of that isn’t enough, we have dualling mechanical bulls….you read that right, TWO mechanical bulls to test your riding skills, a punching bag game to see how strong you think you are, and a few other fun games to entertain yourselves while you wait for your favorite artist to take the stage.
With Bars in every corner of the facility, you can rest assured that our skilled high volume bartenders will get you an ice cold beer & a shot or a cocktail as quickly as possible, and get your boots right back to the dance floor!
